Rules for Melissa Etheridge/Budd Bay Cafe Contest
  1. Must be 18 years or older to win.
  2. Prize: A pair of tickets to see Melissa Etheridge at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts in Olympia Monday, April 4, 2022. Dinner for two at Budd Bay Cafe seafood restaurant, locally owned and operated since 1988.
  3. Employees of and immediate family members of employees of KXXO Mixx 96.1 and sponsors and their promotional agencies are ineligible to win.
  4. One entry per person. Entries must include name, phone number, and email address.
  5. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  6. Winner will be notified by telephone &/or email. If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of drawing, an alternate winner will be chosen.
  7. Winners will be determined by random draw of entries received. Decisions of KXXO Mixx 96.1 official are final.
  8. Registration closes March 30, 2022 at 11:59pm. Winners drawn in 8am hour April 1, 2022 at KXXO Mixx 96.1, 119 Washington St. NE, Olympia.
  9. Winner responsible for taxes and tips.
